January 28, 2021 - Morris County Ranks in Top Tier for Issuing COVID-19 Inoculations
With vaccinations in each county compared to the number of their residents, Morris County's total vaccinations measure more than 8 percent of its total population - second in the state, within 20 days of launching the mega-center.

February 16, 2021 - Vaccinations in Morris County Surpass 100,000
"We are proud that Morris County has the second highest vaccination rate in New Jersey thanks to the herculean efforts of Morris County staff, including the Sheriff's Office, Atlantic Health System, the National Guard and the state Department of Health," said Morris County Commissioner John Krickus, who chairs the Morris County Recovery Task Force.
February 24, 2021 - Morris County Commissioners Introduce 2021 Budget With No Tax Increase
The Morris County Board of County Commissioners unanimously introduced the county government’s 2021 Budget, maintaining spending on critical infrastructure projects, human services and public safety while building reserves for unforeseen impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, with no county tax increase for existing taxpayers.

April 15, 2021 - Morris County Has Highest Rate for Fully Vaccinating People Over 65
“Inoculation efforts throughout Morris County, from our Morris County Regional COVID-19 Vaccination Center in Rockaway Township to the many other vaccination centers within our county, have been leading the state since the vaccination effort began in New Jersey, even when vaccine supplies remained difficult to obtain,” said Commissioner Krickus. “I think we should consider ourselves fortunate and remain thankful to the healthcare providers and public servants who have made this possible.”
